img_0968Almost everybody I believe know the Muffin Cake…For us, firstly we do not really like the Muffin Cake, but one day we tried to buy it in the mall in our town and started to eat it…Woww the taste is so delicious and we almost buy the Muffin everytime we go to the mall since then.

Muffin-top” adopted from Wikipedia, is a generally pejorative slang term used to describe the phenomenon of overhanging flesh when it spills over the waistline of pants or skirt in a manner that resembles the top of a muffin spilling over its paper casing. This generally occurs when an individual of generous proportion wears low-rise, hip-hugger pants, or midriff-baring tops that are too small.

There are three Muffin selling the mall, namely Chocolate, Bluberry and Milk Chocolate Muffin. The Chocolate Muffin is perfectly macthing with the taste, not so sweet but for everyone who loves chocolate, we recommend to try this Muffin. Other like Bluberry Muffin is quite sour and sweet, and unique aroma. The rest is Milk Chocolate Muffin with the chocolate topping, the most like Muffin among them. You may try this Muffin since the cake is so soft, and combination of the topping chocolate make the cake perfect in our tounge. So, why not…please enjoy the Muffin Cake!

It was a great opportunity for me to visit France again for the business trip in beginning of March 2009. Pau, is a commune on the northern edge of the Pyrenees, a city in the ‘préfecture’ of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques département in France. It is the capital of the Béarn region. Alphonse de Lamartine said: “Pau has the world’s most beautiful view of the earth just as Naples has the most beautiful view of the sea.”

I walked through the beautiful city which gave me a good-first impression about the old building, roads, the shops, and the tourist. In the center of Pau there is a magnificent castle, the Château de img_08671Pau, that dominates that quarter of the city. It is famous for being the birthplace of the 16th century king of France Henry IV and was once used by Napoleon as a holiday home during his period of power. It has a small garden that was tended by Marie Antoinette when she spent much of the summers in the city. The château now is considered a French historical monument and contains a nice collection of tapestry.

At the last day of my trip, I took the pictures some of my collegues. I really enjoyed talking with them. They are really nice people. Recently, I  just went back to Stavanger and really enjoyed seeing my family!
